Ceremony
Our Ceremony is at 1:30pm, seats at 1pm Guests to arrive at 12:30pm for welcome drinks.

Welcome refreshments will be inside at the West Wing Lounge and the Ceremony will be in the Charles Garden.
Reception
Reception Drinks and canapes will be at 2:00pm.
Dinner call will be at approx. 3:45pm
Speeches at 4:00pm
Dinner seved at 4:30pm
Evening Guests to arrive at 7:00pm

If you are not staying at the hotel the night of the wedding we ask that you pre-book your taxis in advance.

When you Arrive...
If you're staying at the hotel please park behind the Charles Garden.
Make your way inside the building and go to the West Wing Lounge bar for welcome drinks. You will be escorted to the Charles Garden to take your seats at 1pm the cermony will begin shortly after.
Facilities
The Hotel has a Spa with some emergency showers and we have an extra changing room so if you do have a wardrobe malfuntion we have a spare room for guests to use.
